Little Birds

This series was created as a reminder of child-like resilience. Using line and color as a catalyst, I am exploring themes of power and boundaries. Children are often underestimated as full beings, pre-designed with their own autonomy.

I wanted to showcase children in their wholeness, while their environments reflect the duality of protection and suffocation. In their freedom to "be", they are able to display fear, apathy, and disappointment for the world in which they've inherited.
